Our beautiful space is clean and new. It has central heat and central air. It includes a large bathroom and an open kitchen concept. Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood) it is three blocks from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

Welcome to our cozy bedroom on the second floor of a Brooklyn yellow townhouse next to Industry City at 36th St Express Subway Station. One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Great for solo, business, medical, or educational travelers! We welcome all ages, races, genders, orientations & backgrounds to our place and hope you enjoy your stay!

Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. Guests control heat/air conditioning. The attached garden has seating areas.

We live on the top floor of a townhouse (classic Brooklyn Limestone) with lots of natural light, located on a dead-end street in a lively, safe, and diverse neighborhood, just around the corner from Prospect Park, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and delis. The Q train subway stop is a 2-minute walk away. We (my daughters and I) love to host guests, have welcomed visitors from all over the world for many years, and are happy to share tips on what to do and where to go in the city.
