Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greers Ferry

We loved our stay in this beautiful historic house, traveling with two young adults. The history, the photographs of past times, the antique artifacts and the retro bedrooms gives the air of of walking through the past. The minute we walked into the kitchen there were oohs and awes, look at this look at that. Just a good feeling all around. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beds are so comfy! And the outside is green and lush, pleasant to walk around outside, and quiet. Emily is kind and a wonderful communicator. This house is now top of my list to visit again!

Extremely happy with Carol’s place! We stayed there for three nights and had a great time. It rained most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake much but it was still a great time. The deck and outdoor area is amazing.

Quiet place at end of a road. Great view of the lake. Perfect for a quick get away where peace & quiet are desired. We would definitely stay again!

Wish we could of stayed longer. It was so beautiful and peaceful! The serenity was amazing! If you are looking for time with God, this is the place! Completely worth every dollar! Will be back

We were at Bee Branch for a wedding and enjoyed our stay with Debra! The pond and surroundings were so nice. The weather was a bit rainy but we still had a great time. It is a wonderful place!!

Hands down the most impressive and enjoyable rental my wife and I have ever experienced. We’ve never stayed anywhere that was stocked as much with utensils, dishes, grilling supplies, toiletries, sundries, linens- it really felt like a home away from home. Heber Springs is an amazing area, and Matthew’s place is situated as such where anything you may need or want to do is no more than ten minutes away. The fishing was absolutely fantastic. Being able to wake up, be down on the dock within a few seconds and watch the sunrise with a line in the water was priceless. We must’ve caught over three dozen fish over the course of our stay- rainbows and browns- all fourteen inches or bigger. Truly a remarkable experience. There’s absolutely no way we won’t be back as soon as we can make it happen!

The house was immaculate. Truly amazing. Everything was well provided for and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

Katrina was so helpful and everything was exactly like the pictures/description. Highly recommend and would stay again. Treats were left for my fur babies, they loved them, as well as doggy supplies for eating and drinking. Thanks for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was amazing at communicating with us. The place may seem odd from the outside but the inside is clean, well furnished, amazingly decorated, and has everything you need.

They were amazing hosts. The room was very clean! We will be staying again! More than enough towels, cold AC, and very hot water for showers! We needed hot water and cold AC as we were at the dirt track one mile away a lot of our stay! Very friendly and safe environment!

Beautiful condo in a great location with an amazing view. Austin is an excellent host. Look forward to staying here again.

My children and I were in the Fairfield Bay area to visit family who live nearby and this condo was the perfect resting spot for us. The proximity of this condo to the pool was a nice bonus as we could easily walk to the pool instead of drive. My kids (teenagers) and I were also happy to have a great wifi connection so we could get a little work done and watch some movies together in the evenings. Blue Heron was a comfortable and safe place to stay in between family visits and I will definitely book this condo again next time we are in the area.

This was a cozy condo. The private balcony was perfect. The kitchen had some items that came handy preping meals for the earning. And the surrounding felt like a hidden treasure. This is a very underrated area.just literally loved this place!

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

This little gem, nestled in a quiet community, is a perfect place to call temporary home!! From the moment we walked in, it just felt cozy! Hayden was very responsive and on top of any issue that came up. Definitely would love to stay here again in the future!!

Was very relaxing for our girl’s trip! Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed getting to swim at Cool Pool! We would absolutely stay again!

We had a really nice stay at this property. It is very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had a bit of trouble with the AC at first and the host was very attentive and proactive about getting it taken care of. (Turns out the AC wasn’t actually on and it was just the fan that was blowing, so it wasn’t cooling. We aren’t familiar with the Nest system, so it took a minute to figure out the problem.) Even after we got that figured out, we struggled to keep it as cool as we would have liked because the system would default to a higher temp when we were gone/inactive and it would be warmer than we wanted upon our return. I will note that there are stairs up to the property from the (easily accessible) parking lot and then into the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be difficult for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Overall, it was a very nice stay! I was especially happy with the responsive and kind nature of the host.

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.
