In the apartment's large kitchen/living room there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's second balcony has evening sun and views of the city. Both bathrooms have showers and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking is available.

Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, field, and forest. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with a view. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

The old power plant from 1860 is located in the middle of a river surrounded by forest and slopes and beautiful hiking trails. Vejle city center is within walking distance and you will find lots of attractions within a short driving distance. The house is divided into two open floors with terraces over the river from where it is possible to do fishing. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful and from the conservatory you can view the bird life in and around the river all year.
