Charming & dog-friendly summerhouse

Charming dog-friendly cottage (dog shelter in back door out to escape-proof dog yard and fenced garden. Renovated in 2023 and stylishly decorated and with low-energy appliances. Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

Large well-equipped holiday home near forest and beach.

Large well-equipped holiday home on a private plot close to forest and beach. Located at the end of the road and therefore No car traffic, very suitable for children. We treasure our house and make use of it ourselves as much as we can. We care that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you'll help us with this. The price is not including electricity. Invoiced retrospectively according to actual consumption and current price. Free wood/firewood. You need to bring bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels yourself.

First parquet to Kattegat

Delicious and secluded, but above all, a cozy summerhouse with only 80 meters to one of Denmark's finest beaches. The house is 64 sqm divided on two levels. Outside there are two terraces and a grass area with the most beautiful view of the sea and forest. 15 min walk from a cozy marina with restaurants and ice cream stalls. Small 4 km to Grenaa city center which has a nice selection of cafes and restaurants and cultural experiences.

Høloftet er en leilighed på ca 115 m2 med to stk soveværelser og en tagterrasse. Leiligheden fra 2008, ligger over Mariendal Mosteri Djursland produktionslokaler i en bindingsværks ejendom med stråtag fra år 1777. Hvor vi også har en lille økologisk æbleplantage. Ejendommen ligger i rolige omgivelser i Aalsrode, en lille landsby 10 km syd for Grenaa og centralt i forhold til Djurslands serværdigheder.

The summerhouse is on a quiet road. A lovely enclosed garden and a small deck where you can sit outside. The house has dishes and a washing machine. Short walking distance to a child-friendly sandy beach, heath and forest, where there are running and cycling routes. Short distance to the harbor and to the city, where there are shopping and various restaurants.

Nice bright apartment for 4 people in a good location. Other things that are each to note . Electricity is marked with DKK 6.26 per kWh. (may vary) heat is charged at 257.50 per mwh.
