It is part of a building of 3 family-run vacation homes. With its 110 sqm, it accommodates up to 6 guests. It has a large living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one of which is in the attic. A third bed is located in the living room (sofa bed). Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

Mountains & ski

A studio apartment furnished like a beautiful hotel room! Everything is within reach in a small but very well-maintained space. It’s located 50 meters from the ski slopes and two minutes from the downhill trails, hiking paths, and mountain bike trails. The city of Aosta is a 30-minute drive away. Pila, both in summer and winter, is also accessible from Aosta via the cable car, which will bring you to within 200 meters of the apartment in just 20 minutes.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di una tranquilla palazzina ed è dotato di posto auto esterno privato. E' composto da un ingresso, zona giorno con angolo cucina, una camera da letto e bagno (per un totale di circa 50mq). Si trova a 5 minuti dalla cabinovia per la località sciistica di Pila e a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Aosta. Adatto a singoli, coppie e famiglie (max 3 persone con divano letto), sono benvenuti gli animali d'affezione.

Large studio apartment consisting of a kitchenette with fridge, induction hob, all dishes, plates and pots are available for guests. There is a double sofa bed and a double bed separated only by a sideboard (there are no doors separating the two beds). The bathroom consists of toilet, bidet, sink and large shower, hairdryer. Inside the accommodation, there is a pellet stove. The property includes private parking and an outdoor green area.
