A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Original Rustic - Alpe Gribel (Centovalli)

- Original Ticino Alps as my ancestors used it for summering and hay harvest. Only within walking distance in approx. 1 hour from the private road (token CHF 20.00 per entrance, parking included) or 2.5 hours from Intragna train station. - Drinking water & outdoor toilet (plastic barrel without water flushing). - No electricity but cell phone reception is ok - Collect wood for cooking in the forest and provide it for successors. - For simplicity, the house is to be cleaned by the guests themselves!👌

Onsernone Valley, Gresso

Berghütte Arnau, Canton of Ticino Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. With a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with granite shower and two comfortable beds, it is the ideal accommodation to explore Centovalli, Maggia and Onsernone Valley as well as the area around Locarno. Casa Cincilla über dem Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Wild Valley Forest View 3 in Valle Onsernone

This apartment is ideal for families and couples looking to experience the wonders of the Onsernone Valley's side valley of Vergeletto. It is located in the middle of a very quiet mountain village with a bar, grocery shop/bakery, and micro-brewery within 200 meters. Within walking distance is a river particularly prized by visitors for its fresh water and big pools, ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

The house is located in the historic center, in a sunny area, the apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the village. Parking is free, train station is a 3-minute walk. Nearby there are services such as grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and grottos, hairdresser and pharmacy.
