My wife and I stayed 5 nights and loved it. The flat was tastefully decorated, clean and tidy with all the facilities that we needed. We would definitely like to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

Second stay in this perfectly equipped and located cottage. Friendly, available and accommodating owner. I totally recommend it.

We felt very comfortable in this charming and lovingly furnished house. The garden is large and cozy, there are many seating options and a grill. Jean Michele welcomed us with a strawberry cake - how can you not feel at home right away. He was always available for questions. Our only criticism is that the house is very noisy. It is best suited for a vacation with good friends :)

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

The house was ideal for two families with 2 children each. The location is ideal for climbing in the different sectors of Fontainebleau. The location is very quiet and our host was very welcoming with good tips on the surroundings. Highly recommend this sweet spot.

We had a great time in the apartment. It is small but so cozy and the four of us felt right at home there. It is very tasteful and at the same time functionally furnished and my children were very happy about the toys available there. Just around the corner is also a small playground, you can walk into the forest and to a bakery. We were really sad when we had to leave.

the house is in an idyllic place, in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well equipped (especially with children). Many activities around. We were sad to leave it!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Very good stay, nice 3 bedroom apartment with everything you need inside. All instructions were clear and simple. Apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and parking in a gated community. I spent a month and a half in the accommodation for professional reasons. Everything was as advertised, clean, pleasant, if I have the opportunity to come back to the area, I will gladly return to the accommodation.
