Beautiful house, our flat had all we needed and more. Incredibly clean and full of little details, like soap, coffee and honey. Nice and modern decoration. We stayed with our two children who slept in the sofa bed, and we couldn’t have been better. The train station is very close and allowed us to get to Paris in only 15 minutes. Sandra had everything ready for us, very clear instructions and friendly chatting. If we go back to Paris we’ll definitely stop here again!

Very nice well-equipped accommodation close to all shops, transport and the RER train station. Very nice starting point for visiting Paris or walks on the banks of the Orge on foot. Quiet & peaceful place.

The place is small but very cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cindy and the people who support her were very attentive to a problem we had in the bathroom. I would definitely come back.

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

Perfect as usual. Very close to everything. Very clean and friendly neighbourhood. I recommend this to anyone. Family, couples, or single person. Transportation at 2 mn walk in and restaurants at 1 mn walk . And a beautiful big park right outside the residence. Thanks 🙏🏽

We had a hard time getting there and getting in but that was mostly because we were not familiar with the pinky transportation and I did not watch the very clear videos that were sent to me! Xavier was very responsive and even when he had to go to work his brother was available to make sure we got in ok. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Our stay was pleasant, the place is quiet, and it has all the amenities. A 📽️ large TV projector where you can watch movies, hot water, the kitchen with all the essentials, wifi. I highly recommend it, I went to see Paris for the first time and it is about 50 minutes away by Uber. A little far, but it's okay.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
