Enkel eldre liten hytte, fullt utstyrt. 15 min kjøretur til Kristiansand sentrum, Golfklubb, Dyreparken, kjøpesenter (Sørlandssenteret), Aquarama(Badeland) og det er ca 1.5km fra sjøen(Justvik båthavn). Hytten ligger i fredfullt område nær Hemningsvannet. Fint bade og fiskevann 3 min å gå ned til vannet. En liten sandstrand, benker og grillplass. Flotte turområder med merkede stier. Nærmeste matbutikk er ca 1 km fra hytten (åpent til 23:00 mand-lørd).

Glamping near the city center

Small playhuose/minihouse drawn by our family architect - quiet glamping place at the edge of the forest near city centre. Lovely and creative for little kids, adults have to bend to get in the small door... Close to city centre, 2 km. Late check in possible, proximity to ferry terminal. It’s really small and you need to be able to climb a little to get access. The toilet is in the main house and it’s simple standard with mattresses. Bring your own sleeping bag/sheets or rent for 50kr pr set.

Renovated in 2025. You live 5 meters from the beach and the sea, and in the summer you can rent a boat with an outboard motor for fishing and island trips. You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. There are plenty of hiking opportunities a short jog away:) Good parking, right at the door.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Nice appartment in walking distance to the city centre. Free parking. Perfect for guests taking the ferry to/from Denmark. Super for long term stay. Lovely patio with afternoon and evening sun. Quiet and private. Fast wifi. Crome cast and TV with lots of channels. Spacious bedrom with king bed, and room for two extra matrasses and baby bed. Also, there is a double sleeping couch in the living room. Animals are welcome!
