Welcome to this cozy and central studio apartment, a short walk from the city beach, fishing pier, Siloen, shops and restaurants. The apartment includes a double bed in the sleeping alcove and a sofa bed that can be folded up. Here there is both a private balcony and roof terrace with stunning views of the city and coastline. Enjoy WiFi and free Netflix on the TV. The gym is in the building's basement. Game rooms and washing machines can be booked through the hostess. Free outdoor parking in the area between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
