I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

The apartment was very comfortable, just as comfortable as a hotel. There were small amenities provided, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A really great place. If you were to book this as a hotel room, the price would be ten times higher !

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

A big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome! Charming, caring and available people, with very good advice for discovering the region. The apartment is superb, as described, very well equipped, and the view from the terrace is absolutely sublime. The setting is exceptional, ideal for lovers of nature, hiking and tranquility. You have to love walking and climbing a little, but the landscapes are breathtaking. No immediate shops, but everything is accessible on foot (with a little cardio), by transport or by car. The surrounding beaches are beautiful: remember to bring shoes for the pebbles! A very nice discovery. Would definitely stay there again.

The town is at the top of a hill on a winding and narrow street. It takes just 20 minutes to Menton. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. They greeted me at check-in. It wasn't very easy for me to find it, but they always responded to messages. The place is extremely beautiful with views of the mountains. I had a beautiful stay. No worries . The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to bring provisions for lunch and breakfast since there is nothing nearby to solve dinner ... and it is not advisable to do that path at night . But if you are looking for tranquility and beautiful landscapes in a very comfortable apartment that lacks absolutely nothing, this is your place!

The most unique Airbnb experience you’ll ever have! I do think it would be worth mentioning that staying here involves a LOT of stairs - both to get to the place and since the house is set over four stories. It was a bit of a struggle dragging all of our luggage there. But it was all worth it! The place is newly renovated and clean. We very much enjoyed getting to know the (very) old Menton and living here gave us such an authentic experience! If you’re sporty and up for an adventure this is the place for you!

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Stunning home in an incredible town. Great launching pad for stellar hiking. My wife and I really enjoyed the home. Some notable features are the stocked kitchen, tasteful art/decor, and pool. Thanks to Walter for hosting.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Thank you for offering us a pleasant stay at this beautiful palace. We enjoyed the very quiet garden of the residence. The location 10 minutes from the bus station and the sncf station was very appreciated. The only downside for the elderly is the tiring climb to reach the apartment from the center.

Excellent stay at Stéphane's. Listing is as described and photos. Ideally located to visit Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc. Big plus for the underground parking. Very good communication with Stéphane.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.
