The house is located a 20 minute drive from Cleethorpes Beach, where you can park for free within walking distance to the beach. Children will also love that in the season an ice cream van comes round in the evening.

This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
