Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grímsnes- og Grafningshreppur

Vi havde en skøn uge i det hyggelige hus på landet nede af grusvejen. Værterne var meget hjælpsomme og fandt også tid til en rundvisning, hvor vi fik lov at se dyrene på gården. Både får, geder, køer og heste. Alt i huset var pænt og rent, og sengene var meget komfortable. Køkkenet havde alt hvad man havde brug for til nem madlavning, og værterne havde givet gode instruktioner til seværdigheder, restauranter og indkøb i området. Dejligt ophold!

Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer is adembenemend. De villa is goed te bereiken en ligt op minder dan tien minuten rijden van Fludir, waar je boodschappen kunt doen en naar de secret lagoon kunt gaan. Perfecte locatie dus. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa!

We had an amazing time at Emma and Oskar’s place. The location was serene and breathtaking. Beautiful views of the water and wildlife. The home was extremely cozy, tasteful, and had everything we could ask for. The deck had gorgeous views, a wonderful hot tub, the water was always hot, the beds were comfortable and the entire place had a cozy feel. Hosts gave very clear check in instructions which made it a breeze. The home is close to everything you need. We had an amazing time and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland.

This home offered a cozy place to stay for our family of 9 as we visited the Golden Circle. The rural location was so peaceful. The kitchen was nice for meal preparation and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this home for your stay!

We were absolutely amazed when we walk in to the house. Hjordis’s house is even nicer than in to the photos! House was very stylish, clean and cozy and with all little details which were waiting there for us we were really amazed. There were also provided everything you should need during your stay here. Also instructions was very clear so we didn’t have a problem with anything. It was also great location for our shorter Icelandic trip and we catch everything we wanted to see from there.

Wonderfully proactive communication made for an easy self-check in. House was spacious and charming. All the listed amenities were available, though we didn’t stay long enough to use all of them. Try the local restaurants — especially the bistro— they’re amazing!

This house is beautiful and the view is amazing. We loved soaking in the hot tub while gazing at the glacier in the distance, surrounded by trees. There are stairs to access the house, but we were able to navigate them just fine. The nearby town had a lovely spa, Laugarvatn Fontana, that we enjoyed, and we recommend the restaurant Linden. We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Gästehaus von Jóna uns Guðbrandur. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, Jóna hatte uns ein paar Tipps für die Gegend, welche allesamt toll waren.

I can only offer superlatives describing my experience with Helga and her wonderful apartment. I felt right at home, and had everything I needed and more. Peace and quiet, privacy, comfort, beauty of the area, the list goes on and on. Helga has been a wonderful and helpful host. Thank you so much for helping me relax and have a fantastic time!

Normally when a place matches my expectations I give it 5 stars, but seldomly a place succeeded in expectations, and you wish you could give it just a little bit extra. That is the case for Rakel´s place. The apartment is really nice but the star is the view. We spent the afternoon on the balcony having drinks in the Icelandic sun looking over wonderful Hveragerði where the trees don't have PTSD from the Icelandic weather but are straight and lush framed with these wonderful mountains and then later that night there was an almost full pink moon in the bright summer night.

Our stay was perfect, great location and lots to do nearby! Beds were all super comfortable and there was lots of room for everyone. She also added lots of nice little touches to the place which we loved! We had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights in Elfa’s place during the summer. The instruction is clear and you have everything you need there. The apartment has a very good floor plans. You could definitely sleep peacefully if you have a company who snores. Elfa is responsive and even willing to let us pick up our stuff when we left and forgot our stuff in the fridge.

Great location, fantastic views, wonderful apartment with comfortable mattresses, well equipped kitchen and lovely hot pool.

Location was peaceful and close enough to the town. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Horses made some noice, but it was just nice.

Great stay!! One of the places in Iceland where the water in the shower did not smell and perfect location!
