Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
