From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. Tucked away in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Landgoed de Paltz, lies the Barn. This originally old barn is now a cozy vacation home and is equipped with every comfort. Here you can enjoy the wooded surroundings and the idyllic, peaceful atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the horses on the grounds adds to the rural atmosphere. Our spacious studio of 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town Oudewater in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The studio is a wonderful place to relax in the spacious garden for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a great place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities, such as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, and Rotterdam. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.
