Located next to the river the Oude Rijn, this house overlooks the river and a number of traditional little Dutch houses across from it. In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Our lovely, modern, cosy family house (185m2) with sunny garden (south), is surrounded by parks, forest and playgrounds. In a 7 minutes walk you will be in the historical center of Haarlem. Our house is perfect for families (Max 4 adult + 2 kids) and couples. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, musea and more are on walking distance. It will take 10 minutes by bike or bus to reach the train station: every 15 min a train leaves to Amsterdam. Beaches are 15 min by train or 30 min by bike.

Vanuit deze perfect gelegen thuisbasis midden in het Groene Hart van Nederland ligt alles binnen handbereik. Afstand met de auto tot Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Den Haag +/- 30 minuten. Trein en busstation is op 10 minuten loopafstand van het huis. Zandvoort is op 45 minuten met de auto of rond een uur met de trein. Tussen Alphen aan den Rijn en luchthaven Schiphol rijden er dag en nacht treinen of bussen. Reistijd is +/- 35 minuten. Ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid voor het huis.

Our family home is situated close to everything you need in Rotterdam. The city center, the beach and stores are all within 30 minutes of our house in a very quiet neigberhood Our open living room will feel like you are sitting in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything you need to create a real chef's diner is available. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Linnen and towels are not provided by us. But we can arrange them for you this will cost extra.

Our wonderful home is located in one of the nicest areas of Utrecht (Lombok)! It is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of Utrecht central, so you can easily explore the whole country. Various supermarkets and coffee and eateries can be found in the district. You can use our bicycles (on request) to explore the surroundings of Utrecht! Please be aware the sleeping room is located on the second floor of the accommodation.

It's in the most lively part of the city with a great variety of shops and restaurants out the front door and a green oasis with a balcony at the back. The metro station at just 150m from the front door takes you straight to the beach at Hoek van Holland.
