We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week offsite. Our villa is 5 min./ 400 m walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/ 10 min. train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workspace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and is ready in mid March '25.

This beautiful apartment is located on the canal opposite the park and only 1 minute walk from the Old Town with restaurants, coffee bars and breakfast places. There are also plenty of transport opportunities around the corner ( bus train and tram ) so that a city trip to Amsterdam is feasible in 30 minutes. Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Barn Conversion

Volledig zelfstandige en vrijstaande woonruimte in het groen van het dorp en toch slechts op 15 minuten fietsen of 10 minuten met de bus van de stad Utrecht. De schuur uit de 19e eeuw is in 2023 volledig gerestaureerd naar het wooncomfort van vandaag met behoud van alle originele en authentieke kenmerken. De woning bestaat uit een aaneengesloten leefruimte met keuken en slaapvide, badkamer en aparte wc.
