I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

La Petite Vigne

A little gem set in a peaceful yet central part of Sancerre. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area and its famous wines, studying at the local language school, or the Loire in general. The historic town with its fine architecture, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Recently renovated old house and furnished to offer comfortable, well equipped accommodation. La Petite Vigne is tucked away in a quiet residential quarter with some lovely views of the vineyards.

Située à 35km de Bourges et 10km de Sancerre, où vous pourrez déguster le vin AOC-AOP proposé par nos différents vignerons du Pays Fort qui se marie merveilleusement bien aux crottins de chèvre de Chavignol . D'exceptionnelles visites vous attendent.

House by the stream

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Our country house, an old Berry farmhouse, is located between Bourges, La Charité and Sancerre. It has a large unfenced garden, surrounded by old farm buildings, and fields as far as the eye can see. A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need for a relaxing moment, a walk or a visit to the surroundings. The spacious and bright rooms combine old-fashioned charm with contemporary design.

Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
