Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

Gezellige apartment in a lovely area in the city. 15 min by bike to the central station/ city centre and 10min walk to Station Europapark( cheap rental-bikes) . The area (Helpman) is populair of it's wide lanes, greens and architecture from around 1930. Our corner appartment is situated on the 2nd (living- and dining room, well equiped kitchen, balcony, toilet) and 3th floor (2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and a whirlpool bath). Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.

This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
