Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

In the special situation Norway and the world is now experiencing, we are expanding the possibilities for stays in the apartment in the brewer's house at Aaraas farm. Maybe you and your family, or someone in your family, will want a different place to stay for a weekend or a week. You may have a challenging work situation and need a peace of mind and/or good rest. Beautiful apartment, close to bus, subway and forest

Nice apartment, with everything you need for a nice stay. There is free street parking, the route to Oslo S is less than 30 minutes by public transport, and there is a night bus. The forest in Lillomarka is also only minutes walk away, and you can swim in Vesletjern. The kitchen is well equipped, and in the living room there is a projector if you want a movie night. The bathroom is now newly renovated as well. The bed is 1.40 wide, so there is plenty of space for two. There is also an inflatable mattress, so there will be room for 3 people.

Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.
