Cozy Home in a Local Neighborhood.

I chose "Cozy Home in a Local Neighborhood" (room in a shared apartment) because I had work in Egia. The walk to La Tabakalera took me 10 minutes—perfect! Excellent pizzerias and bars in the area. You can easily walk from the apt to the city center. I didn't take public transportation during my stay as the city is entirely walkable. Note: If you have heavy luggage, I suggest taking a taxi to/from the train/bus station, as there's a steep ascent to the building. Description of the apt and the room is accurate—spacious room, comfortable single bed, clean linens, and ample closet. Bathroom featured a functional shower and a washer. Fully equipped kitchen. Great wifi. Cristian was an excellent host. Communication always fluid and easy; quick to respond. He was essential when I needed help booking a taxi for a 6 am ride to the train station, offering to assist me with the booking. Highly recommended pick, suitable for those seeking a more affordable budget. Thank you for a great stay!

Maria Jesus was a very kind and accommodating host! She welcomed me when my train arrived at night, and she offered to book me a taxi back to the train station for my early departure, which was very helpful. Her home and the room I stayed in were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open for fresh air and sunlight. And there was a full kitchen for shared use, including space in the pantry and fridges. Her home was also well-located for walking and using the buses. I hope to stay at Maria Jesus’ home the next time I'm in San Sebastian!

Nair responded quickly to our questions. With the help of his granddaughter, he gave us excellent care. It is worth noting the great care he has taken in its establishment. The furniture looks great. Excellent bedding. The decoration was great. There is a TV in the rooms. It's a very well-kept and very clean apartment. Very cozy. The bed is very comfortable. With the care they have put into the details, they make you feel very comfortable. Almost at home. My congratulations to Nair for her establishment.
