Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gros, Donostia

Wir waren 5 Nächte in Anas Wohnung. Der Check-in war persönlich über eine Vertretung. Es gibt eine Garage, die für einen normal großen PKW (Kombi) ausreichend ist. Zum Strand und in die Altstadt sind wir immer sehr günstig mit dem Bus (ganz in der Nähe) gefahren. In der Nähe gibt es Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist groß und toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Ana hat Infos im Voraus gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Un logement impeccable et très bien situé. Dans une zone pavillonnaire calme et proche de la forêt permettant de belles balades. Un vrai petit cocon où l'on s'y sent bien avec jardin clôturé, super pour nos petites boules de poils ! Super bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement ! Nous sommes arrivés de manière autonome mais Annabelle et Laurent on était très reactif et clair dans leurs instructions. Nous recommandons vivement !

Vue exceptionnelle dominant la vallée de Sare, avec un paysage à couper le souffle par beau temps. Le gite est grand, authentique, et parfaitement équipé pour recevoir jusqu’à 10 personnes. La proximité du GR permet d’envisager une randonnée vers la Rhune, puis de revenir se reposer en toute sérénité. Nous recommandons !

Quel merveilleux séjour passé dans ce petit cocon, un grand merci à Katia et Olivier qui se sont montrés disponibles et réactifs quand il a fallu et très discrets pendant l’entièreté de notre séjour. Les plus qui font la différence : la climatisation, la piscine, le barbecue, la qualité de la literie, la terrasse extérieure, le jeu de fléchette et pour finir les 2 magnifiques vélos qui permettent de rallier le logement à la plage d’Ondres ou de profiter des coins environnants. Le logement est franchement top et surtout près de tout, c’est un bon point de départ pour visiter la côte basque et landaise.

Amazing and clean two bedroom apartment with self checkin. Fermin was a great host and supportive with quick replies. He guided us and provided several recommendations. The bus stop close to the apartment. There is a public parking next to the apartment on the street. I had no issue to find a parking space. Thank you Fermin.

Kontxi and Xabi were very welcoming, and we were made to feel at home immediately. The apartment is beautiful, with amazing views of the hills. The garden was safe and secure for our 4 year old to play, with a trampoline and swings to keep him amused. There were some food essentials provided which was appreciated after a day of travelling. Kontxi provided many local recommendations in San Sebastianand the surrounding area. Our favorite part was being so close to the green path which stretched up towards the hills and to San Sebastian, which was perfect for early morning runs before it got too warm. The bakery close by and the fresh milk machine (milk pasturised that day!) Were also highlights. As users of AirBnB for many, many years, we agreed that Kontxi and Xabi were the best hosts we havd had. We would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment just as stunning as the photos. We had such a lovely dtay and host was responsive and communicative everytime we had questions. Would happily book again!

We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and had a very comfortable stay. Would stay here against and recommend to others. It can get noisy from the road below and needs better blinds / curtains (the ones there are only privacy blinds and the sun shines through). Also, keep in mind there is no AC and although it was only 20C during our stay, it got very warm. I do think it’s a little on the expensive side for what it is, but really nice stay!

Amaia’s home is in a great location - walkable to the beach and old town but away from the noise. Amaia was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked and in coming to meet us to let us into the apartment. The best thing was the list of restaurants she sent us with what to order in each - we followed it to the letter and it was excellent.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay, made our few days in San Sebastián very special. We have already said to Jon that we would like to come back! The apartment is in the perfect location, beautifully furnished, and tremendously relaxing. Having a balcony with a view straight to the beach is idyllic.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was great for a family of four - close to the beach, restaurants, aquarium and more. Inigo was extremely responsive and super helpful.

Really lovely hosts, lovely place and super close to the beach! If you’re looking for peace and privacy, you may find it’s not the most quiet of places, as the flat has lots of working individuals as surrounding neighbours, and you can hear the bar fights outside in the middle of the night. But that’s just normal city life… I’d book again if I get to come back.

Wonderful apartment! We were greeted by Karmele and she showed us around the spacious apartment, explained how everything worked, and provided a general lay of the land around San Sebastian. The space and comfort of the apartment, along with its near-ideal location, made for a perfect visit. We opted for the bedroom with the balcony and separate beds (the queen size bed is in an interior room with no windows, and the bunk bed room was simply locked away since we didn't need it). The living room had plenty of room with comfy sofa and chairs and places to set things - kitchen was separate and also roomy with all conveniences working well, including the clothes machine we took advantage of. Bathroom was larger than expected, and outstanding water pressure. We loved being in the Gros area just a block from beach with barefoot surfers walking up and down the streets. Plenty of grocery stores very close though we favored walking a few more blocks to Lidl and Dia. Great visit!

We loved our second stay at this beautiful apartment. It is in the best location and has everything we could ever want. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Maria Jesus was super responsive and answered our questions immediately. We hope to be back soon, but in the meantime we couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.

Séjour de 6 nuits très agréable. Le lieu se trouve dans une maison appartenant aux propriétaires, mais nous avons tout de même pleinement profité de notre intimité, sans entendre le moindre bruit. L’endroit est propre et conforme en tous points à la description. La location est idéalement située, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Il est très facile de se garer, avec des places disponibles juste en face de l’appartement. Notre hôte a été très réactive et bienveillante. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. C'est un lieu très calme et serein idéal pour un séjour paisible. Le logement était extrêmement bien équipé et ultra propre ! Hôte très réactif, accueillant et gentil. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans la ville de Biarritz. Il offre un cadre exceptionnel, parfaitement placé permettant de tout faire à pied. Je le recommande vivement.

Der Kontakt mit Denise war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Angaben waren immer deutlich und verständlich. Das Appartement war sauber, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Altstadt war für uns ohne weiteres zu Fuß erreichbar, aber es gab direkt vor dem Haus auch einen Bus. Parkplätze gab es auch genug (P & R, aber auch die "blauen" Parkplätze konnte man ab 20 Uhr bis 9 Uhr morgens umsonst benutzen. An Wochenenden und an Feiertagen sogar den ganzen Tag umsonst.
