Seine riverside and shopping facilities at 5 minutes. Around: many golf courses, Vexin nature park, impressionists route, castles, Oise & Seine rivers.

In the cocoon of the 3 brothers, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: restaurants and local shops, the Aéroville shopping center and its cinema are accessible in 15 minutes by car. 3-minute walk to the RER D to visit Paris, then come back and relax in the SPA or in front of a Netflix movie. Asterix Park and the Mer des Sables are a 20-minute drive away, and Disneyland is 45 minutes away. The Stade de France is 20 minutes away. A perfect base for the Olympics.

Bus stops (124, 210) for Vincennes, Paris and the RER. 15 minutes' walk from the RER E (Nogent Le Perreux stop), 20 minutes from the RER A (Neuilly Plaisance). You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
