Welcome to our stylish vacation apartment – ideal for families, groups, and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Willkommen im Kronstübchen, eurer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage von Ludwigslust. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten MFH, liegt im EG und ist ebenerdig – ideal für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ohne Treppen. Für erholsame Nächte sorgt ein komfortables Boxspringbett (1,80 x 2,00 m). Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören ein Fernseher sowie eine funktionale Küche mit Herd, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster – perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag oder gemütliche Abende.

My place is close to the cultural cities of Schwerin and Ludwigslust in the tranquil small town of Neustadt-Glewe am See. About the accommodation: - Single vacation home (about 40 m²) with lawn (about 300 m²) & covered terrace (about 18 m²) - Right on the nature reserve "Lewitz" - many leisure activities (swimming, cycling, gliding, museums, fishing and much more) - year-round events in the immediate vicinity The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

Apartment "Seven Seas" at the gates of Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Seven Seas" is suitable for both individual travelers and families. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a maritime designed living room with king size bed, TV and relaxation zone. A separate kitchen with dining table, as well as a shower room complete the apartment.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and a 15,000 m² garden and courtyard. Both apartments have a separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but cannot be reached by public transportation. There is no Wi-Fi! But a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum for 2 persons! Do not bring animals

In a quiet residential area, our small attic apartment is a short distance from the city center, large park and castle of the small, former residential city of Ludwigslust. The swimming lake in Neustadt Glewe is 15 minutes away (by car). The Baltic Sea is about an hour away by car. Schwerin, Rostock, Wismar and Hamburg are easily accessible.
