The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

An optimal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Just outside the door you will find the Elberadweg where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Welcome to our small and lovingly furnished thatched cottage "Kleine Auszeit." Here between the moor and the Elbe, you can really enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.

Nun steht "EMMA" am Fuße des Ostedeiches, auf einem fast 1ha großem Mischwaldgrundstück und beschert euch kuschelige Nächte.
