Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Time out on the beautiful Baltic Sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen was divided. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

You can really relax in the newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment. The accommodation is modern and cozy. It is equipped with everything your heart desires. The two-room apartment is located in the historic pedestrian zone of Wismar. The marketplace is within walking distance in 5 minutes. The train station is 10 minutes away and the harbor is 15 minutes away. There is a 30% discount on the Italian gastronomy in the neighboring house.

Romantic days in our tiny house Goldie! Here in the middle of the enchanted sun hill garden you can experience wonderful moments of togetherness. The rural estate Sonnenhügel is located away from the hustle and bustle in the most magnificent Baltic Sea landscape. Here you can relax and relax beyond the tourist trails and listen to the nightingale. In the 10,000 square meter sun hill garden, everyone will find the tranquility that requests.

Near Wismar, Baltic Sea, Poel Island, Schwerin, Rostock

This special accommodation is 70 square meters and is ideally suited for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. In 7 minutes you can reach the center of Wismar by car. In about 15 minutes, our island of Poel, which is worth seeing, can be reached by car. The coast of the island shows itself as a rough cliff or with beautiful wide sandy beaches. Restaurant/shopping 3 min. walk away ... :))

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
