Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Entfliehe dem Trubel der Stadt und genieße die ländliche Ruhe mit idyllischem Seeblick und wunderbarer Badestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Das gemütliche Apartment befindet sich in unserem selbst bewohnten Haus. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

Our hunter's apartment consists of an entrance room with a small kitchen, a living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby swimming lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and up to one child.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. "Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.
