An alpine dream! A 200-year-old farmhouse in a secluded location, accessible via a private road. It is situated in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Großes Walsertal – a place where people live in harmony with nature. 140 m² divided into: 1rst floor (ceiling height 1.95 m): wood-paneled living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. 2nd floor (ceiling height 1.88 m): one bedroom, a connected room with two sleeping areas (one with two single beds and one with a double bed). Arrive, feel at home, and unwind.

Within 30 minutes you can reach numerous ski resorts and even in summer you can recharge your batteries in nature. Directly from the front door there are countless running/hiking trails that can be walked in winter as well as in summer. Enjoy the sunset or enjoy a movie on the projector.

The Trauteheim consists of a total of 7 apartments which were built in a stable building from 1952. These impress on the one hand by the original location directly next to the over 800 years old St. Nicholas Chapel, on the other hand, the slightly elevated and thus exposed location offers a sublime feeling and foresight into the green.
