The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

"La grange" gîte

Old hay barn tastefully restored by its owners in 2023. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The cottage is located upstairs with access from the outside. The 4000 m2 garden is shared with our family. You have access to the garden and its facilities, barbecue, swing, petanque court and mini animal park with chickens, geese, duck and goats. We are 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, Sciotot and Siouville.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
