That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

From the crossroads v/Grotli Høyfjellshotell you drive approx. 5 minutes to the cabin. Good parking. In the Annex you can sleep well, cook the food you want and relax. Enjoyable views of the mountain landscape with early sunrise and nice evening sun on the terrace. Free of TV and Wi-Fi, a harmonious place to find peace and as a base for trips in the mountains.

Beautiful view of Lovatnet

Enjoy the view of Lovatnet in this charming, little 28 SqM cabin. The cabin is equipped with books, board games and a Chromecast TV. It has 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed each, and an annex with a double bed. The toilet is inside the cabin, and a shower can be found in the annex. Keep in mind that there is no toilet in the annex.
