I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

Soluzione perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità ed il relax lontano dal frastuono e dal trambusto cittadino. L'appartamento in questione gode di un affaccio privilegiato sul lago di Nemi, da non perdere assolutamente il fantastico tramonto e perchè no, magari accompagnato da un buon calice di vino. Mediante le indicazioni fornite da Fabrizio è stato molto semplice raggiungere l'alloggio, non vi resta che provarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza.

Alessandra’s place was lovely! It was clean and had everything we could need. The grocery store was close by and the train was about a 20 minute walk so getting to Rome was easy. Alessandra offered to pick us up from the station upon arrival which was very kind! We would love to come back if we find ourselves in the area again :)

We really enjoyed staying in Elianora's apartment. It felt very much like home. We are likely to be back in Frascati before too long and and we will definitely stay there again if it is free! Nothing to dislike and very friendly and helpful service and communication with Stefania, Elianora's daughter, who met us both when we arrived and when we left.

Alessio è un ottimo host ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per arrivare alla casa , ha esaudito le richieste fatte , .la casa è come descritta e soprattutto pulitissima , la posizione è strategica avendo la metro sotto casa si può raggiungere qualunque posto si voglia raggiungere . Se dovessi tornare soggiornerei nuovamente da lui . Consigliatissimo

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

Casa excelente! Estava conforme descrito no anúncio, possui muitas facilidades que tornaram a estadia muito agradável. Gianluca foi extremamente simpático e acolhedor. A casa fica um pouco afastada do centro de Roma, mas fica bem perto de uma estação terminal do metrô linha A e tem ônibus direto até a estação. Melhor custo-benefício já que neste ano de jubileu tudo está muito caro em Roma. Na rua principal tem várias facilidades, restaurantes, sorvete, mercado próximo… Minha estadia foi em junho, próximo ao inicio do verão, e a casa recebe sol da tarde, porém havia ventiladores disponíveis e as noites estavam agradáveis. Foi uma ótima experiência. Grazie mille Gianluca!

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Domenica and her husband were great hosts and made me feel right at home. They transported me to and from the train station. Private unit downstairs, with fully equipped kitchen. Walked to amazing local restaurant Romoletto. The unit was clean and spacious.

L' esperienza a Roma è stata splendida, resa speciale anche dall' opportunità di soggiornare in un appartamento molto raffinato, arredato con cura per i dettagli. Nella descrizione risulta una camera ma la seconda sistemazione è nel salotto con divano letto e porta, quindi come se le camere fossero praticamente due...con nostro grande piacere! La zona è splendida, bello passeggiare e raggiungere il Vaticano, ottimi i ristoranti. Grazie Paola, torneremo!

Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

Fabio was very responsive, and the place was wonderful. it truly felt like home. We had a comfortable stay, and the location is conveniently close to the metro. One of the highlights was discovering a local shoemaker just downstairs, to the right of the door. He crafts genuine Italian leather shoes and is an incredible person with a kind, sincere heart. We bought beautiful handmade shoes from him, and it was a joy to support such dedicated local craftsmanship. Thank you to everyone, and especially to Fabio. Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Gabriela was a fantastic host- incredible communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was wonderful and looked just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!
