We had a great week at Maya’s place. It was like “old school” Airbnb in the best possible ways: a friendly host that meets you and shows you in, random food in the pantry and fridge to snack on, coffee and tea on hand, shampoo in the bathroom. I miss those days! The location was convenient with many restaurants to choose from and 2 metro stops within an easy walk. Comfortable furniture and bed in the unit. Clean. Kitchen well equipped for basic cooking, including a sharp knife (a rarity in Airbnb’s). Plentiful parking in the secure garage under the building. We would definitely return next time we need a place in Ballston!

5-Star Stay Near National Harbor – Perfect for Business & Leisure! I stayed at this fantastic Airbnb while in town for a conference, and it truly exceeded expectations. The property is spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with both comfort and privacy in mind. One of my favorite features was the tinted windows—you can leave the blinds up during the day without worrying about privacy, which made the space feel open and bright. The host went above and beyond by leaving snacks like cookies, chips, and popcorn in the kitchen, along with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and cooking supplies. It was such a warm welcome and a thoughtful touch after a long travel day. Wi-Fi was excellent (a must for business travelers), and the smart TV was fully loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, and local channels—plenty of options to unwind in the evenings. Outside, there’s a lovely patio with a big sun umbrella and comfortable seating. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee.

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

Very beautiful and quiet location, Very clean apartment , equipped with all the needs. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Close to metro station and to George Town. We spent a good time in it.

Sam is a great host, quick response to help us checked in. Great location, place is quiet and clean, have everything we need during the stay. The gym is not busy at all and opens 24/7. Wehad a good stay!

This is my second stay and it was great once again. The apartment is perfect for one person and is a great place to hang out when you don’t want to be out enjoying all of the Ballston area restaurants. I’ll be back.

Great stay! Huge apartment building but clear instructions. There was just no linens for the sofa bed, just a blanket so be clear to request that if planning to use as we booked for 8 adults it should have been provided without asking. Overall great, clean, comfy beds beside the sofa bed (typical middle metal bar that bothers) and clean bathrooms. I would return.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Where do I start? This was the most perfect place to stay. From the ease of the check-in process to the amenities offered, this was the best AirBNB experience ever. The room looks even better than in the pictures for starters. It was the perfect amount of space for all 6 of my family members. The amenities offered for the kiddos were a game room, pool, and there were activities for all ages hosted by the resort most evenings. Any kind of restaurant you could think of was within walking distance & some even offered a 10-20% discount for staying in the area. The rooms were clean upon arrival. I had 2 issues during my stay and they were resolved within 5-10 minutes of me texting the provided number. Unheard of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The concierge service even helped us planned our Washington DC activities for the day. I cannot rant and rave enough about this accommodation. Don’t hesitate to book. Do it now!

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very, very clean and spacious. Adrian sent very clear check-in directions and responded promptly to communications. He also provided a thorough guest manual. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The space was more comfortable than in pictures and the gym equipment seemed very nice. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved our family stay at the Saint Albans. The house fit all 13 of us comfortably, and it was in a great location. The kids (and adults) loved playing in the backyard. In addition to the stay being great and the house being well-stocked with everything we needed, the owner went above and beyond in assisting us with retrieving something that was left behind after checkout. Thanks Felicia! We would love to stay again.

Jack's place was a perfect place for our extended family to gather for our son's wedding in Arlington. The house was spacious with wonderful air conditioning for the hot weather that we had during the wedding weekend. The house was stocked with plentiful clean and fluffy towels, along with paper goods. The refrigerator had cold water, soft drinks and juice which were great to help with recovery from the heat! The finished basement was very peaceful and our daugher and her husband enjoyed the private bedroom and bathroom there during their short stay with us for the wedding. And, to top it all off, Jack had 2 bottles of wine (thank you!) and a large bowl of Hershey's chocolates to welcome us to the house! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would certainly stay at Jack's Airbnb home if we come to the area again with a large family group.

The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is a grocery store, drug store and Starbucks within walking distance. The house is very nicely updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. Jamie is very friendly and responsive.

This is a beautiful place to stay, it’s a quiet and lovely neighborhood and the rental house is so tasteful! I loved having access to their rowing machine and washer dryer too! Great light also!

What a beautiful home! This was the perfect place to stay for our family. There were nine of us - two families with adult children. The game room downstairs was perfect to keep the kids entertained. The beds were comfortable, the living room was open for us to all gather, and plenty of bathrooms to all get ready. Parking off the street was a bonus too. Highly recommend.

Literally speechless for how much we loved this place. She went above and beyond. You actually feel like a guest in one of a close family friend’s home and not a stranger. I’d love to return! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!
