Modern timber house with ocean views

Enjoy the view and tranquility and the surrounding nature in this comfortable cottage with 65 sqm of living space. Double ceiling height in the large living room combined with the sea view gives a wonderful feeling of space. The house was built in 2023 using traditional-style log construction, but with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Nice forest walks directly from the property, map included. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with ocean views from the pillow. Near excursion destinations.

Sjöstugan

Relax in this tasteful guest house in Roslagen, only an hour's drive from Stockholm. The 50 sqm cottage is located next to our residential house, but has a private patio. The cottage is located at Länna Kyrksjö, with the possibility of swimming and fishing outside the door. Here you get nature up close, nice walking trails along the lake, bathing rocks, the possibility of berry and mushroom picking. The area is rich in wildlife – moose, deer, fox and hare are often seen. For the adventurous, there is Roslagsleden, just 1 km away.

Charmig liten stuga nära havet

Välkommen in i vårt hem där du delar den med oss när vi inte är där. Det är vår lilla oas i hjärtat av Roslagen. Stugan är enkelt utrustad med det du/ni behöver, fokus är utemiljö och närhet till natur, hav och det pittoreska Norrtälje. Stugan har ett litet kök, en liten snålspolande toalett och utedusch. Två sovrum (en dubbelsäng och en våningssäng), soffan från 70-talet kan snabbt omvandlas till ytterligare två bäddar. Vardags/tv-rum med ytor för social tillvaro, perfekt för bordsspel och mys.

Nu finns möjligheten att bo i ett hus med slående solnedgångar, mitt i naturen och ett ostört läge, samtidigt som du gör ett minimalt avtryck i klimatet. Välkommen att boka vårt hus till ett förmånligt ”prova-på” pris. Vårt hus i Stockholms skärgård har ett unikt läge, är helt självförsörjande på el genom solceller, och inte uppkopplat till elnätet. Huset är ”off grid” och det finns bara några skönhetsfläckar kvar. Vandringsleden Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) passerar i närheten av huset.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Unik A-frame bland trädtopparna i skogen - ett enkelt liv i högsta grad. Upptäck harmonin i vår förtrollande skog, inbäddad bland naturens skönheter, där varje dag känns som ett med naturen. Njut av vind och väsen från naturen till den sprakande kaminen. Laga din mat över grill eller kokplatta. Total avkoppling från allt annat som haft betydelse! Här laddar du om batterierna till fullo. Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Sjöhuset

Fridfullt beläget hus intill vacker sjö. 50 min till Stockholm och Arlanda. Till Norrtälje Stad är det bara 7 min. Huset ligger bredvid vår villa men är ändå privat. Det finns en egen brygga med en roddbåt man kan låna. Tre sovrum, rymligt vardagsrum och kök samt dusch och wc. Fin utsikt över vattenspegeln. Egen altan. Fina promenadvägar och Roslagsleden går igenom byn. När du checkar ut ansvarar du att skicket och städningen är densamma som vid ankomst. Ta med egna sängkläder.

Glamping Undalsro (roslagsleden 5)

Njut av naturens ljud på detta unika ställe mitt i skogen nära Roslagsleden. Ni är helt själva i ett stort 38 kvm glampingtält. Det finns flera fina sjöar runt omkring och blåbär, svamp och lingon att plocka. Ni tar er hit via Roslagsleden etapp 5 eller via buss 621, 626 från Danderyds sjh eller Åkersberga. Promenaden är sedan ca 3 km. Parkeringsplats för bil finns också som alternativ

Ladan!

Njut av en minnesvärd vistelse i vår vackra Lada! Närheten till naturen och havet. Naturreservatet ligger ett stenkast från huset med allt vad det har att erbjuda. Havet 700 meter från tomtgränsen. Cyklar samt stand up paddle finns för att utforska denna vackra ö. Kom sedan hem till Ladan som erbjuder er återhämtning med syrehög atmosfär. Välkomna hem till oss!
