Portbahn holiday house, close to distillery

Portbahn is at the edge of the village of Bruichladdich. It was our home before moving to Jura, and has many of our things in it. We hope you find it cosy and welcoming; a home from home. The house can sleep and cater for up to 8 guests, with all bedrooms on one level. There is a large garden and deck, a bbq, sunken trampoline and swings. It is a 10-minute walk to the mini shop and distillery, with a coastal path walk providing access to the beach for long walks or a spot of wild swimming!

Beautiful 10 person modern bungalow in Bruichladdich situated directly beside Loch Indaal with stunning views. Called Failte, Gaelic for Welcome, the house has recently been completely refurbished and modernised to create a stunning 5 bedroom property (3 superking rooms (each superking bed can be unzipped into 2 singles) and 2 twin rooms). 2 shower rooms with power showers plus a third WC. Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

Cosy Cottage in the heart of Bowmore

Traditional 2 bedroom Cottage situated in the heart of Bowmore. A quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from all local amenities - shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour etc. Ground floor comprises 1 Kingsize bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, wc, wash basin, Living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, 1 twin bedded room, large washroom with WC and wash hand basin. Private parking area at rear, south facing sheltered garden with seating.

The Black House, Islay

The Black House is a unique property situated between Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte on the island of Islay. We use the house for High School to save commuting from Jura every day so don’t expect a pristine holiday let but rather a loved family space. There are 2 double beds and 2 bunk bedrooms (if you’re a party of single adults then 4 is the maximum number). Views are stunning and Islay’s great for whisky, wildlife or just rest and relaxation.

Starchmill Holiday Pod (Bruichladdich)

The Bruichladdich Pod sleeps up to 2 people, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, a toilet/shower room and a living area with double sofa bed. It also has a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and table with 4 chairs. The pod is accessed through large patio doors which are perfect for enjoying the panoramic view. There is a large decking area in front with a picnic bench to enjoy dining al fresco.
