In the basement, but with daylight windows. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom in the hallway. Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Sophie is a very open and emphatic hostess. You feel welcome straight away. The apartment exactly matches the description. Everything was very clean and the equipment perfect. We had a few really nice days in the Allgäu and enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was very cozy and clean, and the surroundings are simply fantastic – perfect for relaxing. You need a car to be flexible, but you are rewarded with a lot of nature and tranquility.

Unfortunately, we were only guests of Bruni and Peter for a week and were thrilled from the first second. We were warmly welcomed and our hosts were very helpful and extremely likeable, but never intrusive. The apartment is an absolute dream, all details super loving and tasteful, well equipped (Bosch, Siemens instead of usual cheap goods) and unusually high quality in all details. Very large bedrooms with excellent beds, fly screens everywhere (nowhere (!!!) crushed mosquitoes!!), and of course a fantastic balcony with a view up to the Alps and a little bit of Lake Constance was also visible. Pure relaxation and recuperation. The week went by way too fast!! Thank you very much, Bruni and Peter, we will hopefully see you again soon :-) Nicole and Hartmut
