Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Charming apartment with a great view

This charming apartment, furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, is located in the village center of Fanas, a very sunny mountain village in Prättigau, located at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The property is a former stable that has been converted into a cozy "Stöckli" and thus feels like a separate cottage. The Stöckli is right next to an old Walser house, which the landlords themselves live in.

Ideal for hiking, biking, skiing or paragliding in Prättigau. Well-equipped kitchen-living room, living room with two oversized sofa beds, bright bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with single bed, open workspace with 27-inch monitor and docking station. In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
