Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

It’s amazing place to stay.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip with public transport. That's possible, the bus runs every hour in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage it is more like 30 minutes.

We had a great time. The description of the accommodation and amenities is perfectly in line with reality. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. The place is very nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed.

What an amazing place to stay in with great hosts who were super friendly and helpful. Clean cozy place with everything needed including some surprising delicious extras as a welcoming present. Super responsive hosts check on you also even if you do not have any questions. I can go on and on with positive remarks but it would take much space so I will make it short and give it 10/10! We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Small studio in a perfect location for hikes and other outdoor activities and a stunning view with lots of morning sun. It's small, but totally fine for 2 persons. The hosts were helpful and everything went smooth - plus, the apartment was super clean.

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

A great place for 2 families, or for a larger group, has everything you need and more! Fantastic views, peaceful surrounding and enough space to enjoy and relax. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend her place.

Very nice place with a magnificent view from the terrace, great walks to do, a beautiful little village with its atypical houses, restaurant, bakery, souvenir shops, etc. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed at Alexandre's to discover the region and the resort of Leysin with our dogs. The apartment is well located, very easily accessible and all amenities are accessible in the resort as well as many hikes. The small garden was appreciated by our two little ones! Alexandre is very responsive and attentive to making sure everything goes well for his guests. I recommend it!

Yves welcomed me very kindly. I received a delicious sheep's milk yogurt pot. The cocoon is a very nice place to work in peace. The hamlet of Crettaz at the entrance to Leysin is filled with pretty buildings with superb gardens.

Chalet Balthazar 3 is a lovely spacious apartment with comfortable beds, quality bed linen, good bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The living area is welcoming with 2 big sofas to lounge on and chat and a dining table for eating and playing games etc. There are doors onto an outside area which in the summer would be nice. The location is very central - a few steps from the train station (which gets you up the mountain or out of the town) and restaurants, bakery and shops all on your doorstep. Communication was excellent. Would definitely go back!
