Beautiful landscape. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Home was great and close to the airport. Great way to welcome us to Costa Rica

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Very responsive host and everything was as described. We arrived after a day or travel. The house was easily found by uber driver. I wasn’t sure how to get inside but the host replied to a message immediately and opened the door. The house is great. Very comfortable, lots of bathrooms and walking distance to restaurants. We felt very safe.

Marlen was a great host! she was always responsive and quick. when we arrived she took us on a tour of the property. The place was nice and peaceful. we even got greeted by the neighbors puppy!

Laura and Verny are wonderful hosts. We were very grateful that they opened their beautiful home to us. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt like we were walking into our own home. Laura had everything in her kitchen that I needed to cook and bake for my family. The views surrounding their home are breathtaking. Verny and Laura were very respectful to our privacy and made sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this AirB&B the next time you visit this beautiful country. This was a beautiful property Mariana was the ultimate host very helpful with every question I had and met my every expectation! I will definitely book again she also was thoughtful enough to have me a birthday welcome table with snacks& a balloon!! An added extra bonus!

Hello! The accommodation was great. Centrally located but very quiet, ideal to rest before touring Costa Rica or after... in addition to a very good price, it was very clean. For observation only, the bathroom is under a staircase so it is lower than the rest of the studio. It can be uncomfortable for people over 1.70 meters. Otherwise, highly recommended

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, impeccably located, well-equipped little condo in a great building in one of my favorite neighborhoods. We had a couple of requests since we are a family and had an extended stay of 2 weeks and John and Wanda were super communicative and accommodating. I used the gym often and walked the neighborhood everyday. You could easily walk to markets and restaurants. We loved visiting the Wednesday afternoon smaller farmer’s market and the more substantial Saturday morning one by the main Santa Ana park. Would recommend and stay again.

Vera was recommended to us by our relocation team, whom we have hired to help us move. She has been in Costa Rica a long time and gave us some incredible advice and went out of her way to make us feel right at home 🏡

I give this Airbnb A+, very good experience located in a safe convenient neighborhood, 15 minutes from Juan Santa Maria AP, close to shops , sodas, bakery, coffee shop, Agony Church one block, bus stop across , Mega super around the corner , me and my daughter felt very safe , we did lot of walking , this a humble , clean , fully equipped place , we had a late arrival I appreciate Mrs Mary waiting for us until 1am she even helped carry a heavy suitcase to let us in , cohost Krissie answered all my questions , helped me navigate Alajuela, I will definitely book this place again next trip, thank you

The place was exactly what it was advertised. Me and my family had a good and comfortable stay. The beds were also very comfortable. It is very close to the airport and the City Mall which had a big food court with many options for reasonable prices if you’re trying to save a little. Me and my family had a great stay.

We had a great stay, and we will probably want to stay again! The rooms were very comfortable, everyone was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated that each room had AC. The area is nice and quiet but super close to the mall which was very convenient. 10/10

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Great place and amenities. My favourite was the huge balcony with the view of the clouds and hills. There’s a supermarket next door, makes stocking up on essentials very easy. There’s weekly cleaning too, so extremely convenient for long stays,

Beautiful apartment and beautiful views of the city especially at night. Not having AC wasn't even a problem there are plenty of fans and windows with a cool breeze coming in from being up to high.

It was everything my family needed to land in Costa Rica, have a place we could quickly get to from the airport, and get started with our adventure.
