Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Guácima

The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

Lugar perfecto, lo único es que el internet es inestable cuando llueve. Fuera de eso es un 10.

Carlo's place was great! We stayed almost a week and felt right at home. We saw many birds and even a couple frogs from the expansive living room and deck. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated and worked great. The showers were nice. We cooked in the kitchens many mornings and were very happy with the set up and appliances. I also have to say that Cuidad Colon was a charming small town and I hope to return someday. All in all I highly recommend Carlo's place!

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. I felt safe and secure. The house was in excellent condition. We had plenty of towels. I would stay again.

Todo excelente, buena comunicación, buena calidad precio, buena seguridad, en general todo muy bien, lo único a considerar es que no hay parqueo, la dueña me dijo costaba 2 mil colones la noche (de 8 pm a 8 am) pero cuesta 3500 quizá solo tener presente el dato, de igual forma el parqueo está súper cerca y es muy seguro entonces todo bien. En definitiva recomendamos esta propiedad, es amplia, bonita, céntrica y segura. Muchas gracias 🙌🏼

Lugar cómodo y familiar para disfrutar en paz

Un muy buen lugar para quedarse, siempre son atentos a las consultas que uno realiza y el alojamiento es muy cómodo, seguro, y tiene una excelente ubicación.

Booked this last minute and excellent communication. The place is newer and has great restaurants on the street level . Awesome pool and even better 21st floor to rooftop where you can spend the morning relaxing or wind down in the evening ! Check in was a breeze. The cooking facilty was awesome. Close to city but far enough to be away from the hustle n bustle

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of walkable restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, and we loved having access to a great pool and gym.

La ubicación es muy céntrica, lo que hizo muy fácil desplazarnos y disfrutar de la zona. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y sin complicaciones. It's funny, I stayed in a 40 ft container Airbnb last week and it seemed a little cramped, so whoever managed to fit this Airbnb in a 20 ft container did a great job. However, clearly compromises needed to be made. The Tiny House has a Tiny Shower Cubicle. And at 177 cm (5' 9.5") my head touched the bedroom ceiling, and I had to duck in the bathroom and using the stairs to avoid hitting my head. Bed is comfortable, shower is hot, and the one-person kitchen reasonably well stocked. One thing that needs to be fixed is the entrance to the parking area. Even in a 4x4 high-clearence vehicle, it is unnecessarily awkward to climb a 4 inch curb to enter the parking.

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work

El alojamiento es igual que el de las fotos muy cómodo y tranquilo la atención fue excelente tanto en la llegada como en la hora de salida el muy al pendiente de nosotros y sus perritos muy cariñosos muy bonitos. Recomendado al 100%.

I always stay here when I need to be close to SJO airport. This condo is clean, safe, comfortable and easy to get to. It’s around the corner from city mall, which is super convenient. Also the place has a fully equipped kitchen as well as some snacks and drinks for purchase in the unit. Alejandro is an excellent host. I highly recommend this place as a home base in San Jose.
