Our stay was very pleasant, we had excellent service, the manager was always attentive at all times. The house is clean, tidy, very comfortable, enough bathrooms, all very clean, the kitchen is very large, we were able to cook at all times, the house is in a very good area, quiet. I will definitely rent again. The house manager has Uber, the gentleman is very responsible and reliable, he took care of our transfers to the airport. Everything was 10/10.

I would definitely stay again. It's a very nice apartment in a wonderful building, with a shopping mall and grocery nearby. Communication was good and quick. It's a very safe building. Note the kitchen has limited cooking supplies (2 frying pans) and no basics (no salt, pepper, coffee, oil, paper towels) so you need to buy or bring with you. The clothes washer was nice and there's a drying rack (but no detergent).

An incredible experience! This country house in the middle of the city was the perfect escape we needed. Despite being within the urban area, the atmosphere is completely relaxing, surrounded by vegetation and with an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are far from the noise and stress.

Stayed on the 18th floor—amazing view! Elevators and amenities were always clean. Maria went above and beyond—attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Pros: high floor with fresh morning breeze, spacious bathrooms, no carpet, comfy sturdy bed, electronic shades, AC in both bedrooms, stocked with essentials (plates, utensils, sugar, etc.), fast Wi-Fi, plenty of plugs and lighting, easy-to-use door lock, very clean fridge. Cons: drains in both bathrooms had an odor—likely due to being an Airbnb, though scent plugs helped; no AC in living room and it gets warm in the afternoon, but retractable glass doors and fan improve airflow; no washer/dryer in unit; furniture could be cleaner; loud train noises outside—takes a few days to get used to. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with minor inconveniences that were manageable. The view and comfort made up for it, and thanks to Maria’s great service, I’d definitely return!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, matched with the photos and is close to a square with several venues, there is a Walmart you can walk and a few steps from the consulate. To be considered are apartments and at night you can hear noises from the neighbors, but it is worth the proximity.

We stayed here for a month and we loved it. The location is close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and events. Miguel and Xio are amazing hosts! They are very responsive and whenever a problem came up they were quick to help and resolve it. They are extremely accommodating and made a great effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I highly recommend! We had a great time.

Claudio is a very accommodating host and her casa is lovely with everything you need We hate those boring grey box Airbnb's so we really enjoyed the decor and comfort that Claudio has obviously taken the time and effort to create for her guests.

The accommodation is very well located, it can be a bit small, but it has what you need for a short stay, the host is very attentive.
