Our spacious villa of 222m2 with a great outdoor space of more than 700m2 is located in an urbanization at El Casar, half an hour from Guadalajara and just in the border with Madrid region, closed to Jarama river. It has a private-use summer pool (with a 3-hour circulation cycle), barbacue, and a large additional room with sofas, dining table and bar to enjoy with the family in the lower part of the house. Also, you can enjoy hiking in the near routes of Mesones.
