Minutes from great food, Whitewater Amphitheater, New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Gruene. Boat Ramp 5 is just past the golf course. This newly constructed home feels incredibly spacious for being so cozy. High ceilings and lots of windows allow the natural light in. A fully stocked kitchen will delight the cook in your group. Paddleboards & Kid Kayaks for rent: $25 each per stay! Property is shared with a glamping tent rental.

Glamping with air conditioning, heat, hot water, kitchen with essentials to make getting going in the morning easy like a Sunday morning plus tv's in common areas and bed rooms. Memory foam mattress in master bedroom is dreamy and bunk room in the back is great for privacy. Patio area with bbq grill is a great option to relax.
