Casa "Jerico" is located 20 minutes from the airport, shopping malls and movie theaters nearby, 25 minutes from the Rayados Stadium. The subdivision has a security booth and a park. In the same neighborhood, there are food sales at night. 30 minutes from Fundidora Park, 10 minutes from the metrobus station, and 30 minutes from the center of Mty where you can find museums, the old quarter, etc. I'm available through the Airbnb app and on my cell phone for any questions. Enjoy this comfortable semi-equipped, safe and centrally located apartment. The location is excellent, two blocks from the Domo Care Expo Guadalupe, one block from the BBVA Stadium, and the La Pastora Zoo, 3 minutes from Parque Rio La Silla and very close to the main avenues of the city, 8 minutes from Parque Fundidora and 10 minutes from Tec de Monterrey. Very quiet and very safe area. Parking just outside the apartment with security cameras outside.

We loved it! The area where the place is located is spectacular. You have a 24-hour supermarket, gas stations, restaurants and quick access roads to get around Monterrey. We had 2 cars and we loved the parking lot outside with a security booth. The apartment is very practical and has excellent wifi for working
