La fibra óptica aún no llega al pueblo, por lo que disponemos de un Wi-Fi rural por TP-Link con señal limitada. Melgar de Fernamental, con supermercados, restaurantes y todos los servicios necesarios, se encuentra a 12 minutos en coche.

Casa antigua de mampostería de piedra, cuenta con un amplio salón con chimenea y mesa de madera maciza, cocina con todos los electrodomésticos, un baño y un aseo, las habitaciones están en la planta superior y una de las habitaciones tiene chimenea individual. En la entrada hay un gran porche equipado con mesas y sillas. Está ubicada en medio de la naturaleza en el centro del Parque Natural Ojo Guareña, el aeropuerto más cercano está a 80 km (1 hora) y cerca de estaciones de esquí.
