O apartamento é compacto e muito bem planejado, com tudo o que precisávamos. Limpeza impecável e localização excelente — perto do centro de Niterói, das barcas para o Rio e da Região Oceânica. O destaque é a sacada ampla com vista direta para o Cristo Redentor. Ficamos muito confortáveis com nossa filha de 1 ano, realmente nos sentimos em casa. A anfitriã, Adriana, foi atenciosa e prestativa desde o início. A vaga coberta ao lado do elevador facilitou bastante, especialmente com muitas malas. Inicialmente reservamos 5 dias e estendemos por mais uma semana. Pretendemos voltar no próximo ano!

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

This place is very special. It was our first stop for our honeymoon. The location it is great, beautiful and peaceful, we had no issues to commute with Uber during the day and evening. The apartment is cozy and has the best view of Joating beach. We enjoyed a lot our stay here, and we hope we can visit again soon! Thank you Tatiana for hosting us!

Tivemos uma ótima estada! O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e detalhista nas informações, além de bastante flexível com os horários de check-in e check-out, o que foi essencial já que estávamos vindo direto do exterior para visitar nossos familiares. O apartamento é pequeno, mas aconchegante, ideal para uma estada confortável. Todos os utensílios necessários estavam disponíveis, embora algumas louças e panelas já apresentem sinais de uso prolongado e poderiam ser substituídas. A comunicação com o Luiz foi sempre rápida e clara. Já conhecíamos o condomínio de outras visitas ao Brasil e, com certeza, voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui. Recomendamos!

Eu AMEI o apartamento. Super funcional, organizado, limpo e a vista é literalmente um sonho. O anfitrião se comunica muito bem e é muito solícito. Recomendo 1000%!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The best neighbourhood in Rio. Beautiful community. We can't recommend this apartment enough. It was even better than the photos. Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. The most hospitable hosts. So many local shops, bars and restaurants all in a few minutes walk away and we were literally minutes away from the local beach.

Ótima acomodação. Extremamente bem equipada com tudo aquilo que você irá precisar pra ter uma boa estadia. O studio é reformado, moderno, lindíssimo. Me senti em casa, pretendo voltar em breve.

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos e tivemos todo apoio durante nossa estadia. O Studio é ótimo, possui todo conforto e ao chegar ainda ganhamos um mimo de boas vindas. Tudo muito limpo, percebemos o cuidado com os detalhes. A cama é excelente, dormimos muito bem! O local é perfeito, fácil de achar e em um ponto estratégico para quem vai para o aeroporto ou para entrar na Ilha. Recomendo o espaço e sempre que precisar farei nova reserva.

A estadia correu bem e atendeu às expectativas. O local era conforme descrito no anúncio e supriu nossas necessidades durante o período. Tudo funcionou corretamente. Sem contratempos. A Mariana é super atenciosa e prestativa.

Myself, wife, 2yr and new born were visiting family on the Island. André allowed us an early check-in as our flight arrived at 6am. Although we did not use it, he has a nice allocated car parking space protected within the grounds of the apartment and an electronic key-fob to open the gate. My 2 year old son made use of the swings and slides on the premises which was great. There is a major supermarket 5 minutes walk away where you can get all your food for cooking in the delightful kitchen that he has. We made great use of the oven, microwave and 4 burner stove as we were on a tight budget and this also allowed us to invite family and friends over to eat with us. The fridge and freezer is big. We enjoyed our showers, kept cool with the fans and AC when necessary. The sofa was comfy and can extend. The board games were great and the work space. André was very responsive. We wanted to extend our stay but it had been booked already. We would not hesitate to come again. Thanks André :)

Apartamento excelente. Fácil acesso e muito bem localizado. Superou as expectativas! Área de lazer completa também. Piscina aquecida, sauna, hidromassagem… Espaço para o qual gostaria de voltar outras vezes certamente!

La estadía en lo de eliane fue impecable ! El depto es cómodo , amplio , súper limpio y está por demás equipado . La anfitriona te recibe en persona , se mostró súper servicial y afectuosa , nos llevó al supermercado al llegar para tener comida , porque llegamos tarde , cansados y con niños ! Respondió a todas las consultas con rapidez y nos ofreció muchas recomendaciones por la Zona que es muy tranquila y lindo para caminar . Sin duda volveremos ! El departamento de Maria, más que un Airbnb es un hogar. Ubicación: 10/10 Frente a la playa y al Posto 1. Calle segura, bien iluminada a la noche. A pocas cuadras de la rua Olegário Maciel, dónde están todos los restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Es ideal para ir caminando a la noche. Edificio/condominio: tiene seguridad y gimnasio 24/7, los empleados son muy cordiales, pileta y jacuzzi, todo funciona bien. Departamento: es muy cómodo, dos habitaciones, dos baños completos, cocina impecable llena de utensilios para cocinar m. Las camas/almohadas/sabanas/toallas todo en buen estado. Lo más increíble de este departamento es dormir y despertarte con el sonido de las olas, es mágico. Anfitriona: sin dudas es un valor agregado al departamento, lo dulce y cálida de Maria! Muy atenta nos recibió con chocolates y café y siempre disponible por whatsap. Maria: pasamos unos días increíbles en tu apartamento gracias por tu amorosidad y esperamos volver pronto! Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirte!

El apartamento es increíble, mejor que en las fotos. Muy grande y espacioso, con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Nos gusta cocinar y nos encantó hacerlo en este lugar por la comodidad y por la variedad de utensilios disponibles, desde copas para vino hasta gran cantidad de cacerolas y cubiertos. La vista es inigualable, con la playa y el mar en todas las habitaciones. Dora fue una excelente anfitriona, atenta, cordial y respetuosa. El apartamento está lleno de detalles prácticos y de buen gusto. Recomendamos fuertemente.

Apartamento incrível para ficar no Rio. Localização muito boa, perto da praia, mercado, restaurante, farmácia e metrô, ambiente agradável e aconchegante.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, juste en face de la mer, avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Se réveiller chaque matin avec le bruit des vagues et profiter de la vu depuis le salon a été un vrai privilège. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et très confortable.le jacuzzi était un plus appréciable et la sécurité de l’immeuble nous a rassuré.L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
