Very comfortable summer house, fully integrated space with living room, TV room and gourmet area, making the atmosphere cozy. Suites with A/C. Comfortable balcony with sofas, deck with a small swimming pool. It is 15 minutes from Capitolio, next to the Costa Verde marina, contact me to find out the location. I have a speedboat ride to recommend, it leaves straight from the condominium pier. The dam may be at a lower level than in the photos, due to the nature and the Furnas hydroelectric plant opening floodgates.
