The 4 bedrooms have a smart TV, however only the lower room has a satellite signal for open TV.

On the shores of the lake of Furnas, it has a lush nature, with mountains, a lot of green and natural water, coming from the source.

Casa Recanto Escarpas - Enjoy this experience!

Very comfortable summer house, fully integrated with living room, TV room and gourmet area making the atmosphere cozy. Comfortably balcony with sofas, deck with beach pool. It is 15 minutes from Capitolio, next to the Costa Verde marina, contact me to find out the location. I have a speedboat ride (consult) to recommend, straight out of the pier of the condominium. Dam may be lower than in the photos, due to the nature and hydreletrica of Furnas open the floodgates.

Casa bem pertinho da cidade e longe do barulho da cidade uma vista incrível para as montanhas e para a cidade, sao apenas 4km do centro comercial de Capitólio, piscina com aquecimento Solar( depende do sol pra aquecer a água), wifi, tranquilidade e muito contato com a natureza vários pássaros durante o dia e a noite uma observação incrível para as estrelas. Pensada na segurança e tranquilidade da família. Excelente localização proximo a cachoeira do Ambrósio.
