The space is charming, equipped and extra clean. The host is super considerate. We felt like we were home. Stunning view and amazing surroundings. All as described. A tip for those who like wines is that the house is close to a delicious winery and a very good restaurant. I recommend José Roberto's house, without a doubt.

Very beautiful house, very good space, sensational view and everything with total privacy of the place. The cat is very docile, even for those who don't like cats, they would like this one The only feedback is about the hot water in the whirlpool, as it did not heat up as it should - or as expected, and in the cold, hot water is almost indispensable. The caretaker Rafael was very helpful and attentive to the setbacks I had.

Caroline is an excellent host, we had a personal problem on the way to the place and she offered us help immediately. About the ranch, it is a beautiful and very complete place for a long stay. Everything is of excellent quality and with many corners to explore. We recommend it to everyone.

The house is amazing, extremely cozy, with many details that made us feel at home. Everything worked well, we made a fire, used the hammock and the whirlpool, everything was perfect. The location is great, close to the road that goes to Pedra do Baú, and close to São Bento too. I highly recommend it and I already want to go back!

Our 3-day stay in São Francisco Xavier was simply spectacular! The refuge is magical, a true synonym for peace. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, with nights full of stars and even shooting stars that made the nights even more special. The fireplace brought an extra charm, creating a cozy and perfect environment to renew the energies. The internet worked very well and I was even able to work in a conference on Monday.
 The hosts, Mariana and Nilson, were extremely helpful, resolving all our issues quickly and always with great kindness. Each day was unique, and the experience was so remarkable that we will definitely return! A journey that will forever remain in our memories.

We loved our stay, the idea was to find a place where we didn't need to leave, really enjoy the house and the space and that's what we did. The feeling is that the house is in the middle of a forest, a peace, the sound of the river all day, at bedtime the feeling was that it was raining because of the sound of the river and it was delicious. Vitor shared Cassandra's contact, who provided a price list and items we could request for delivery. This was great because it helped us with some items we had forgotten. Having this contact was very helpful for the husband and daughter who made the delivery. We took a while to understand the jacuzzi, but when it heated up (as stated in the ad) it was delightful. Thanks a lot for the experience!!

The tour was great! The place is exactly as in the photos and even better when you are there! Easy to get to, close to the city center if you need anything! It has the necessary utensils for cooking, internet and very good television! The host was very attentive and made both check-in and checkout very easy! Excellent option for rest and relaxation! Casa 1, where we stayed, has two good bedrooms, a TV room and a living room with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, all with great natural lighting and as shown in the photos. Highlights include the bathroom with a glass box overlooking the forest, the kiosk with a barbecue, the great balcony and the wonderful garden. The house is very well equipped with good quality bed & bath linens and utensils for those who cook and need to wash clothes. The cherry on the cake was the crystal-clear river, with small waterfalls and pools among the most beautiful we have ever seen, accessed by short trails on the property - you don't even feel like going any further. Beautiful region, roads and good commerce just a few minutes away. We thank Guilherme for the reception and care with all the details for a great stay.

Simply amazing. Staying at Gil's house is a complete package of immersion in nature. Very well cared for environment and in complete harmony. I recommend with my eyes closed! The on-site experience was exceptional. We spent a memorable weekend in an accommodation that combines charm, comfort and a welcoming atmosphere, typical of the countryside houses. The environment is impeccably clean, well organized and conveys an energy of tranquility and well-being. We also had the pleasant surprise of finding three friendly kittens that roam the property. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential utensils — spatulas, frying pan, glasses, plates, coffee strainer, pots — all arranged with care and practicality, which makes it very easy to use. To facilitate your arrival, I recommend entering the name "Sítio H Bernardi" directly into Maps, as the address provided on Airbnb may lead to a point approximately 1 km ahead of the correct entrance.

We loved our stay, even with the cloudy weather, we were able to make the most of the space. We like that the host has already provided blankets and plenty of firewood for the fireplace. The place is beautiful and corresponds to the photos. The only negative point is that on arrival the place was without power, but Roberto provided the necessary support. We still receive the illustrious visit of Siriemas for two days in a row.

Simply spotless! We spent a wonderful weekend (from Friday to Sunday) in this beautiful, cozy and very well cared for house. It is even more beautiful than in the photos: spacious, full of charm, with impeccable decoration and rich in details that make all the difference. Everything was clean and very well prepared to welcome us. The fireplace was one of our favorites, we used it during the day and at night, which brought that nice atmosphere of warmth and well-being. The kitchen is super complete, it had everything we needed, nothing was missing. The caretakers were super helpful, always available with great kindness. They offer a pizza service, we chose to hire on Friday, and it was amazing! And Paula's service was excellent: attentive, kind and present in every detail. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The house is wonderful, everyone loved it… and we would definitely come back!

Very rustic house, very quiet environment, the accommodations are very simple but very comfortable, we had a little difficulty with the Wifi, but the environment dispenses with the use of some distractions.
