Ten out of ten. Spectacular place, excellent host. Everything is good. It is worth visiting the place and it is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Itacoatiara.

The house is great, it exceeded our expectations. Lucas was one of the best hosts we've ever had, in addition to the quick responses, all the requested adjustments were made with extreme goodwill and agility. The house is so good that it deserved to have a heater in the pool to be unbeatable. We'll be back for sure.

All other evaluations are 100% true. The place is amazing, it has a breathtaking view and is super private, the environment is decorated with very good taste and furniture and materials of high quality, everything seems very new and working 100%. Michael is always very helpful and trying to resolve any issue, even a portable barbecue he got me. Super experience.

I have no words to describe this paradise, I am in love! I went with a group of friends, we didn't have any problems and in fact the hosts were there 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience in this charming cabin! The location could not be better, at the same time reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for resting, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. The hosts are very attentive and dear; they were super affectionate and gifted us with some special treats that made our stay even more unforgettable. 10000. I highly recommend

Hosting has exceeded my expectations! The environment was clean, organized and very well decorated, with everything working perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen fragrant and the shower excellent. I was very well received, with attention and sympathy from the first contact. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, safety and a welcoming space. Excellent experience!

Stunning Location with Incredible Views The villa is in an absolutely amazing location with breathtaking views. It offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Rio, while still being just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. We visited the city several times with ease to explore the main sights. There are also fantastic dining options nearby, and getting around was effortless thanks to the readily available and affordable Ubers. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Fabio was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both relaxation and access to Rio!

We stayed two weeks at Lisiene’s beautiful home. She was really kind and welcoming since the very beginning. She spoke spanish, english and portuguese.Until the very end, Lisiene was kind enough to accomodate us as much as she could, she was super responsive when we had questions in regards of the appartment and/or the wonderful city that is Rio. She was attentive and caring, making us feel at home. A little thank you to her daughter, very kind and beautiful Thanks to her husband too. In regards of the appartment itself, it is surely the most beautiful appartment view we’ve ever seen. The terrasse exceeded our dreams. The view left us speechless every single day. The universe could not have given us a better home to visit Rio for the first time. Words can’t even describe how good it was.Just book this Airbnb already. About the stairs, they were not bad and were so so worth it. Location was super pratical and SAFE. Thanks for everything Lisiene, can’t wait to come back!!!

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

Very nice apartment, incredible view. Airplanes can be a bit disruptive for sleep in the morning, so it's good to be prepared for the noise. But other than that, it's amazing.

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

Everything was right during the stay. It matched what the ad proposed

we felt very comfortable from the beginning, enjoyed the location and and especially in the evening after returning the beautiful terrace. It was a very nice stay and we would recommend it without restrictions.

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏
