Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! As we were traveling with a baby, he was willing to buy a crib and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Throughout the stay, he consulted us about any needs or questions and everything went very well. The apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is cramped. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, and inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, a restaurant, swimming pools, and saunas. Quiet place. I'll definitely be back.

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

We stayed only one night in Ninha's apartment, but it was enough to have a great experience! The place is well taken care of and exactly as described in the ad. The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, of course, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! We stayed at Letícia's house for 3 nights and the experience was excellent! The house is about 7 km from Lumiar, on top of a hill with a simply breathtaking view. In person, she is even more beautiful than in the photos. The space is super spacious and we really enjoyed the sauna, the fireplace and the barbecue. The internet worked perfectly in all rooms, which was a positive surprise. Even with the colder weather, the house remained comfortable without needing a heater, thanks to the electric shower and the warm duvets. Communication with Letícia was impeccable. She gave us all the information in advance, as well as indicating contacts for delivery and shopping, which made the stay much easier. In the end, we loved the experience and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you very much, Letícia, for having us!

The weekend to celebrate my birthday was amazing, the house was super comfortable and clean, and also fully equipped with everything we needed, the host was always very attentive and kind, solving whatever was necessary immediately, the assistant Silvinha was great, made delicious food and was always very sweet! I can't wait to return for more incredible moments!

Everything worked out well in our stay. We needed a location closer to the event we were working on and Adriana collaborated 100% with our needs.

The house is beautiful. Very well built, with integrated internal and external spaces. The view is breathtakingly beautiful (but get ready to climb a hill by car). infinity pool, sauna, a large Jacuzzi that fits the whole family... Adriana, the employee, was also great. The stay was wonderful. The only issue is that the shower water is difficult to regulate and keeps heating and cooling, but nothing that significantly affects the experience. We plan to come back!

The condominium is very safe, with security guards passing by at all times. All rooms have a fan. The suite has air conditioning. All rooms have lockers. You don't need to bring anything, there are bed and bath linens for everyone. Mr. Nelson was very helpful and attentive to our requests. I celebrated my birthday and it was unforgettable.
