I simply loved the space. All very clean, tidy, impeccable linens and bathrooms. There's the snail staircase that I found very peculiar. It's just like the announcement. I live in Vitória and will return whenever I need to stay in Guarapari. Ah! the mattress is wonderful. I always look for the evaluation of the mattress in the comments, as I had nothing, I bet on the best and got along well. And they had 4 pillows, which I thought was great! Thank you for your wonderful hosting.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. Very cozy apartment! Ready to use! Spacious kitchen with the basic utensils to turn around in the kitchen! The sea view is wonderful! It has no air conditioning, but it sells far beyond having ceiling fans in all rooms! Newly renovated apartment, many nice things around the apartment that you can walk! My second time renting, and sure enough, I'll come back more often with my family!

The best apartment I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Perfect! Clean, well decorated, ventilated, with everything we need to spend a few days on the coast. Elevator in the building, Wi-Fi, good garage, friendly doormen, close to the beach, (half a block), no mud in the bathrooms, ventilated, clean refrigerator, cutlery in perfect condition... I could describe everything, but the apartment is impeccable. The bedding, towels, everything was very good! Excellent mattress and shower! The owner was very polite, responded quickly to any questions. We love it!!!!!!

Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area.
