There are 3 rooms and 2 balconies facing the black sand beach, one of the most exclusive areas of Guarapari. The building has a swimming pool and barbecue area. There are 2 full suites in one of the main bathrooms, you also have the sea view. 2 bedrooms have air conditioning and all 3 have ceiling fans! You must send a copy of your ID to be registered in the virtual reception to gain access to the building

From the window you can see the beach from start to finish. Supermarket next to the building. Pharmacy, bakery, snack bar and ice cream parlor all super close. Just go downstairs and everything's on the same sidewalk.
